Jeremy Terry
Chief Operating Officer/Co-Founder
Jeremy Terry is chief operating officer and co-founder of JCT Initiative. He brings more than 25 years of experience in residential, multifamily, commercial and industrial construction with an emphasis on structural mitigation, estimating, reconstruction and general construction consulting. Jeremy’s expertise extends from design, analysis and production to evaluation, renovation and repair of damaged existing structures due to overload, fires, water events, construction defects and other catastrophic events.
In addition to investigating and analyzing repair methods for roof and storm damage, Jeremy has helped owners and insurance companies formalize a project scope and construction budgeting, review construction documentation, and monitor construction quality, project costs and schedules. He also has expertise in contract specifications, building code compliance and jobsite safety requirements.
Jeremy has estimated, managed, consulted and produced in excess of $150 million in construction and insurance-related losses in four states.
